Writing Samples

		Here are some examples of my writing, taken from various stages in my career:	Dancing On Hitler's Grave MOMMA, DADDY AND UNCLE JACOB SPEAK WITH YIDDISH-GERMAN ACCENTS. ANNABELLE RUMPLE SPEAKS WITH AN IRISH ACCENT. * note NARRATOR = GROWN FRANNIE LITTLE GIRL: Once upon a time there was a little girl who was always hiding. NARRATOR: You see, both my parents were Jewish, but they raised us Catholic. The thing is, they looked and sounded as Catholic as kreplach! Not so convincing…especially at Christmas! My Viennese father, Bernie, tried his best to impersonate Santa Claus, but ended up portraying Sigmund Freud. At least he got the beard right. Instead of saying
